This project involved removing the old roughcast and applying a high-quality K Rend finish with Tudor chips, creating a modern and durable exterior.
Scope of Work
Our comprehensive roughcasting process included:
• Existing Roughcast Removed: We stripped back the old roughcast to create a fresh, solid base for the new application.
• Precision Beading Installed: 10mm beads were fitted around windows, doors, and bellcast areas to ensure a clean, sharp finish.
• HP12 Adhesive Coat Applied: A high-performance HP12 adhesive coat was applied to create a strong and durable bond.
• Reinforced Scrim Mesh Installed: To enhance durability and prevent cracking, we embedded reinforced scrim mesh, securely plugged for extra stability.
• White K Rend Finish with Tudor Chips: We applied a white K Rend top coat with 80/20 Tudor chips, giving the property a fresh and modern look.
• Cills & Base Painted in Anthracite: To complement the new exterior, all cills and base areas were painted in a stylish anthracite grey finish.
• Site Cleared & Scaffolding Removed: Once the work was completed, we cleared the site, ensuring everything was left neat and tidy.
