✅ Existing Roof Stripped: All existing roof slopes were stripped to prepare for a full upgrade.
✅ Breathable Membrane Installed: A modern breathable roofing membrane was fitted to improve ventilation and moisture resistance.
✅ Code 5 Leadwork: Lead flashing was installed in the valleys using Code 5 lead, ensuring water-tight protection.
✅ Premium Cupa Slates:
High-quality 400mm x 250mm Cupa natural slates were installed.
Each slate was securely fixed with 50mm copper nails for long-lasting performance.
✅ Terracotta Dry Ridge System:
- We installed Terracotta Marley Modern ridges using a dry ridge system for a neat, secure, and maintenance-free finish.
