Timber Battens Installed:
- 10x38mm counter battens
- 25x50mm treated tile battens to ensure structural integrity.
Code 5 Leadwork: Installed to all valleys and abutments, guaranteeing weather resistance and durability.
Dakia Roof Light: Added to introduce natural lighting into the interior space.
Roof Tiling: Finished with Grey Marley Edgemere concrete tiles – a durable and aesthetically pleasing choice.
Dry Ridge System: Marley Modern ridges fitted for a secure, maintenance-free finish.
New Rainwater System: Black Deepflow guttering installed for improved water management.
