✔️Roof felted using breathable membrane felt.
✔️Counter and tile Battens fitted.
✔️Chimney removed below roof levels.
✔️ Selkirk flue fitted and signed off by registered installer
✔️Roof tiled using Marley grey double Roman roof tiles
✔️Finished with a dry ridge and hip system and segmental ridge tiles .
