Existing roof slopes stripped. Roof felted using breathable membrane . Counter and tile battens fitted 2 new dormers built. Firestone epdm rubber fitted to flat roofs with trims Code 5 lead fitted to dormers valleys 10×6 Marley plain tiles fitted to dormer cheeks 18 mm white facia boards fitted with new soffits Roof was tiled using grey Marley edgemere tile. Marley modern ridges fitted to hips and ridge using dry system ventilated. Black deepflow gutters and rain water pipes fitted Well done to all boys involved.
