Our project began with the complete removal of the existing roof slopes. This allowed us to inspect and prepare the underlying structures, ensuring a flawless setup for the new installations.

The roof was then sheeted with sturdy 9 mm OSB, providing a robust base for further layers. Over this, we applied a high-quality breathable membrane felt, crucial for its water-resistant and moisture-managing properties.
Detailed Leadwork and Structural Support
Code 5 lead was meticulously fitted around the roof valleys and abutments, offering unmatched durability and protection against leaks. We also installed new counter and tile battens, ensuring a secure foundation for the roof tiles.
Window Installation and Tiling
Three CK02 Velux windows were installed, enhancing natural light and ventilation within the property. The roof itself was covered with Grey Marley Double Roman tiles, while the dormers were tiled with Marley 10×6 plain tiles, providing a consistent and attractive finish.
Ridge and Gutter System Upgrades
A modern dry ridge system using Marley modern ridges was implemented, providing a secure and maintenance-free ridge line. Additionally, black Ogee gutters and corresponding rainwater pipes were fitted, completing the look and functionality of the new roof.
