Scope of Work
Full Strip & Re-Sheeting: The old roof was completely removed and re-sheeted with 9mm OSB, providing a strong and stable base.
Permavent Breathable Membrane: Installed to enhance airflow and protect against condensation and damp.
New Battens & Leadwork: High-quality treated battens and fresh Code 5 leadwork were fitted, along with Velux flashing kits for secure integration around the windows.
Anthracite UPVC Finishing: New anthracite UPVC fascia, soffits, and deepflow gutters were installed, giving a modern and maintenance-free finish.
Bron Ludlow Major Concrete Tiles: The roof was tiled using these durable and stylish tiles, finished with a dry ridge system for longevity and ease of maintenance.
