- Leadwork Installation: We used Code 5 lead for all dormers, chimneys, and abutments, ensuring durability and water-tightness.
- Flat Roof Upgrade: The flat roof was upgraded with tapered insulation and an EPDM rubber system for enhanced insulation and weather resistance.
- Ventilation & Flashings: Over-fascia vents, eave trays, and Velux flashings were installed to improve airflow and maximise roof efficiency.
- Tiling with Marley Concrete Tiles: The roof was re-tiled using Old English Marley concrete tiles, blending durability with classic aesthetics.
- Dry Ridge System: A Marley Modern dry ridge system was installed on the hips and ridge for maintenance-free performance.
- Guttering Replacement: New brown deepflow gutters and 68mm rainwater pipes were installed for a sleek and efficient drainage solution.
